Yoga flow headstand

Yoga inversions are my favourite asanas. When i first learned in in 2015, i got dizzy and felt like fainted. Because feet are up and the blood flows down to the head, it is a very healthy way to refresh our brain.  Inversions (headstand, handstand, chinstand, cheststand, forearmstand) are considered advanced yoga poses but with regular practice, it is really fun to do.

Using props when you practice yoga,  is a very great way. Here i used a scarf instead of a strap. When you just start practing yoga, just go for it. Get anything and use anything in your house. Do not invest so much money on buying expensive mats, wheels or straps. When you really think they will worth your money, invest in good quality of props. Well.....i still use a very low budget mat though 😅😄

Yoga flow for beginners

The idea of recording my yoga practice was quite scary 2 years ago when i first started practicing yoga. I thought  ...no way i would do that. A lot of people say practicing yoga is a journey. I do agree with them. Everybody is unique, the way we look, the way we walk, the way we like things. Just like yoga, through years i've learned to let go. I used to dance in a corner hiding when i was a kid. I was never brave enough to express my feelings. Now i have 2 lovely kids i try to let them be themselves as much as possible. Dance when they feel like to. Do not mind if people will be  staring. It's ok. It's fine.  There are so many kinds of yoga to practice. I would say that my yoga is mine. It's me. It's the way i move with my emotions and i connect with my breaths. When i feel down, i just need to be on the mat even it's just 10 minutes. It could be a therapy. I move, i let go and i find energy to move on. A lot of times i do yoga flow with eyes closed ........
